Stone Villas Marjan are located in the picturesque village of Pitve on the northern side of the island of Hvar, offering beautiful views towards Jelsa and the island of Brač. The complex consists of three authentic Dalmatian stone houses surrounded by spacious Mediterranean gardens filled with aromatic plants and natural beauty.
Main House
The main house is decorated in a rustic Dalmatian style with carefully preserved antique furniture and details that create a warm and nostalgic atmosphere. At the same time, modern elements have been added to ensure comfort and functionality.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped central kitchen with dining area and a small living room, which serves as the main gathering space for guests.
On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. In front of the house there is a terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the shade.
Annex House
The annex house is smaller but bright and welcoming, making it ideal for couples or a small family. The interior has been recently renovated and modernly furnished. It sits on a small elevation with beautiful views towards Jelsa and the island of Brač.
During the day the space is filled with natural light, while in the evening the terrace becomes a perfect place to relax under the stars with a glass of local wine. The upper floor features a bedroom with private bathroom, while the ground floor includes a small living room with a sofa bed.
Third House and Wine Cellar
The third stone house is located just a few meters from the main house. Its original wooden doors open into a traditional Dalmatian wine cellar (konoba), a spacious and atmospheric place where guests gather for wine, conversation and relaxation.
On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, an additional living area with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms with showers.
Outdoor Area
A special part of the experience at Stone Villas Marjan is the outdoor living space. Stone pathways run through the gardens filled with Mediterranean plants, creating many quiet corners for relaxation, reading or simply enjoying the views.
Near the main house there is a covered outdoor dining area with a large table for up to 14 guests and a traditional stone barbecue, perfect for long summer dinners with local food and wine.
The 24 m² swimming pool terrace provides the perfect place to cool off during warm summer days. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool and offer beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
Above the pool there is a secluded relaxation terrace, ideal for peaceful evenings under the stars away from city lights. Nearby there is also a stand-alone sauna for additional relaxation and rejuvenation.
For more active guests, the property also features a multi-purpose sports court for basketball, volleyball or small football, located in front of one of the houses and surrounded by traditional stone walls.
