STONE VILLAS MARJAN

Unlike Pension Marjan, which is located on the southern side of the island of Hvar, the Stone Villas Marjan face the north, towards Jelsa and the island of Brač. They are located on a slope, 3 kilometers away from Jelsa in one of the oldest settlements of Hvar, a village named Pitve. The villas are dipped into the old Dalmatian environment, surrounded by lavender, figs, olive trees on the property of approx. 2000 m².
The country property of the Stone Villa Marjan consists of 3 traditional Dalmatian stone houses, preserved antique interior, cottage, aromatic and a kitchen garden, and a parking place.

The property can be rented solely as a unit, to families up to 14 people. The atmosphere of our country house is a testament to time and those who set it up, and left it to us as heritage, to complete it with modern content. We have, therefore, built a pool, sauna, numerous sports activities, spacious parking place. It also offers peace and recreation and complete relaxation. Villas Marjan are a perfect accommodation for family vacation or 2-3 groups of friends, with privacy of all guests ensured. 

The main Villa is furnished with antique furniture and preserved details from the past life. Naturally, we have strived to enrich this nostalgic atmosphere with modern items to make your stay even more comfortable. The villa has two bedrooms with a single bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. At the entrance there’s a terrace with garden furniture that fits 4 people. 
Annex is an ideal choice of accommodation for couples or the family of 3. The interior has been refurnished in a modern way. It is located on a slightly elevated slope, which offers a view over Jelsa and Brač. The house is very bright, while at night you can enjoy the starry sky and the evening breeze, with a glass of home-made red wine. 
The new villa contains a bedroom with a bathroom upstairs, whereas the ground floor offers a comfortable living room with a retractable bed.
This is a newly-build and modern furnished villa. There are two bedrooms upstairs, with a living room, kitchen and dining room downstairs. Next to the villa there is a traditional stone fireplace under a canopy, which can be either used as a summer kitchen, or provide a place for grill parties with wine.
